A PASSION FOR HOSPITALITY

Magdalena loves being out and about in nature, especially when exercise is involved. She has even been a professional ski racer, and can often be found cycling or mountain-climbing. In the hotel, she takes care of the guests’ every concern; she’s also in charge of marketing. Her plans for the future include dreaming up new spa concepts, such as forest bathing or trails that follow waterways.

Michael used to be a professional ski racer as well, and like Magdalena, he’s a passionate athlete. Due to his experience as a trained ski instructor and cycling guide, he has overseen the development of Moseralm’s athletics program. He also supervises the staff. He places high value on authenticity and warmth when interacting with guests, as well as on providing regional food that expresses local traditions.

Monika accompanies Moseralm guests on the weekly hotel tours and also on sunrise hikes. The mountains have held a special place in her heart since she was very young; after all, she grew up in the Dolomites. She loves sharing her extensive knowledge about the natural wonders of the mountains – from the radiant alpine flowers to the whistling ‘Murmele’ – with our guests.

Georg, also known as the ‘master of the snow cannons’, is the owner of the Carezza ski area directly adjacent to Hotel Moseralm. His hobby is tinkering with things, and as the founder of TechnoAlpin, his mission is to improve the snow-making and slope-preparation process at the ski resort. Georg is also a wine lover and runs our weekly wine tastings.
