A GREEN HOLIDAY IN ITALY
RELAX AT OUR ECO HOTEL IN ITALY
As nature lovers and passionate sportspeople, integrating sustainability into all our activities is a matter close to our hearts.
Even our parents have already sensitised us to the issue of environmental protection. Therefore, the topic has been an integral part of our company’s philosophy for quite some time.
Our aim is not only to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday through what we do, but also to have a positive impact on the environment and the quality of life of the local population. Last but not least, we hope that many more generations will be able to experience the unique mountain landscape of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage Site - preferably during a green holiday in Italy.
Together with our partner businesses Sporthotel Passo Carezza and Laurins Lounge, we want to reduce our carbon footprint and are aiming for the "South Tyrol Sustainability Label". We are looking forward to walking this path together with our partners and will keep you up to date on our social media channels.

South Tyrol Sustainability Seal Level 1
By bearing a Level 1 Sustainability Seal, we have taken the first steps towards a sustain-
able transformation. We have therefore rethought our strategy and planned corrective
measures. We calculate our energy, water and CO2 consumption to lessen our impact
on the environment. On these premises, we already use renewable energy to a great
extent. We avoid cleaning agents containing harmful substances and cut down on the
waste we produce. We also encourage our guests to act responsibly.

MEASURES
At our eco hotel in Italy, we have been actively committed to environmental protection and sustainability for many years. Below, we present the specific measures we have taken to minimise the carbon footprint of our business and at the same time offer our guests a pleasant stay.
NO PLASTIC
One of our most important measures to protect the environment is the consistent avoidance of plastic. We switched to alternatives years ago and do not use single-use plastic in our premises. Instead, we use sustainable materials such as glass and recyclable paper.
CAR FREE ECO TOURISM IN ITALY
Thanks to our favourable location right next to the chairlifts (also usable in summer), our guests have the opportunity to explore the Dolomites car free.
All guests also receive a free Guest Pass for the use of public transport in South Tyrol. We also offer e-mountain bikes for hire.

CHARGING STATIONS
Guests at our sustainable hotel in South Tyrol have 4 electric charging stations at their disposal. Those travelling by electric car can conveniently "refuel" on site.
REGIONAL AND SEASONAL
We attach great importance to using regional and seasonal ingredients in our kitchen. Many of our products come from South Tyrol and the neighbouring province of Trentino.
We heat naturally
By using wood chip heating (biomass), we can also significantly reduce our CO2 footprint and offer sustainable tourism in Italy.
GREEN ELECTRICITY FROM SOUTH TYROL
Our energy supplier WEG from Nova Levante supplies us with 100% green electricity from hydropower.
