GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Local taxes
Prices as of 01.01.2021, excluding € 3.40 local tax per person (age 14 and over) and per day, to be paid upon arrival.
Income from the local tax will be used to expand and maintain the local infrastructure and services, as well as to organise cultural and athletics events. The local tax is applied by the accommodation facility, per guest and per number of nights. The amount of this communal fee depends on the accommodation category. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the fee.
The local tax is due upon departure and is specially marked on the bill.

For organisational reasons, rooms may only be reserved by type and not by room number.

We assume no liability for items left behind.

Late check-out upon request (fee applies).

We do not allow pets; thank you for your compliance.

Online Dispute Resolution in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013: The European Commission provides the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. WORTH KNOWING BEFORE BOOKING

Booking confirmation:
A reservation is only considered valid once you, the guest, have payed the deposit and we have acknowledged our receipt with a written confirmation.

General cancellation policies:
Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival - free of charge. The deposit will be refunded in form of a voucher.
Cancellation up to 1 week before the arrival - 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation less thank 7 days before the arrival / no show / late arrival / early departure - 100% of the total amount.

Travel cancellation insurance:
Things can go wrong even before your trip is to take place; with our travel cancellation insurance, you can stay on the safe side financially. If you will be delayed or unable to utilize a previously booked hotel stay, or need to cut your visit short, you may be subject to cancellation fees. In order to protect yourself from extra charges in this situation, we recommend getting our travel cancellation insurance (covered by ERGO Travel Insurance).

Payment:
You may pay your hotel bill in cash (up to an amount of 4,999 euros) or with a debit (EC) card; we also accept some credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We request that you check your invoice before paying, as we cannot process refunds or complaints once you have departed from the hotel.

All this is waiting for you: Outdoor Enrosadira sky pool (adults only) with a stunning view of the Dolomites, family indoor pool. Sauna centre with organic ‘Zirmstube’ (Swiss stone pine sauna), ‘Almwiesen’ panorama sauna, saline/steam bath with salt scrub, ‘Latemar’ event sauna. Massages, pools, organic energising treatments and Private Spa. Spacious Sundowner Lounge, quiet areas with firepit and tea lounge.

E-BIKE RENTAL

E-bikes may only be hired by adults with a hire contract.
The renter is exclusively liable for any accidents or damage to the e-bike.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival by train or plane: We would be happy to pick you up in Bolzano for a fee of 80 euros per trip for up to 3 persons, or 90 euros per trip for 4 or more persons. We also offer a pickup service from Innsbruck and Verona upon request.
Rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible if you expect to arrive after 8 p.m. We ask you to remove your belongings (and yourself) from your room(s) by 10 a.m. on your day of departure. If you will be arriving late or leaving early, you will still be charged the agreed price.
A later departure is possible upon request: Departure by 1 p.m.: 30% of the room price; departure by 5 p.m.: 70% of the room price.

Our guests can use 3 charging stations.
Cost of garage space Euro 9,00 per day.

MEALS

Overnight stay with breakfast
If you would like your stay to only include breakfast, then 8 euros will be deducted from the half-board price.

Restaurant / lunch
Enjoy delicious dishes on the spacious sun terrace of our Moseralm Restaurant from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Meals that are not consumed will not be deducted from the final price.

SUEDTIROL GUEST PASS

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
