Bio hay sauna

Our bio hay sauna has a particularly calming and relaxing effect, thanks to its smell of hay flowers. The fresh mountain hay is harvested by the host family itself and includes over 40 different types of plants, some of them with proven medicinal benefits.
High-light: Ergonomic sun loungers and big picture-window to the Rosengarten.

Latemar Event Sauna

It's hot in our Latemar Event Sauna. Not only due to the room temperature of around 90 degrees, but also because of the daily theme infusions. The high temperatures in the sauna strengthens the immune system and infections are more easily warded off. The change between warmth and cold is very recommendable to get the circulation going.

The salt steam bath "lake Carezza" offers a lot of space for salt peelings. The steam mixed with salt has a positive effect on the skin and the respiration. Important to emphasize is the positive impact on the skin: not only the skin texture gets improved, but the salty air can also prevent skin diseases.

Our snow cabin (by Technoalpin) serves for cold therapy and, unlike our other saunas, it's ice cold inside! Cold air refreshes the lungs and the skin. The body cools down slowly, without a cold shock. The intensity of the cold depends on the length of stay and on the contact with the snow.

Do you need a little refreshment? Our cold water pool with fresh mountain water invigorates body and mind. Especially after a hot sauna or a long hike, the cold water pool is ideal for cooling down and regenerating.
High-light: The red color around the pool was removed from the "paint holes" in the Latemar mountains using an old method and painted on the walls.

The pool is located on the green rooftop above the sauna area and offers a breathtaking view to the Rosengarten and the Latemar. The entrance to the pool is inside and ensures, that especially on very cold winter days, you don't have to freeze.

Sauna (dress on) & whirlpool
In our Family Spa children can also try out the sauna experience for the first time in our dress-on sauna. The Bio Sauna (60°C) is available on request.
In the Family Spa area there is also an outdoor whirlpool (34 ° C) on our new terrace.
