All rooms are nonsmoker room.

• The prices understand themselves per person and day, inclusive half-board with rich breakfastbuffet and large evening menu.
• Room with balcony, bath or shower, separate WC, hair dryer, telephone, InterNet connection, radio, Sat TV, Mini bar and safe.
• In the price following using are contained: the bathrobe, the indoor swimming pool, the Sauna and the Fitnessroom.
• Further for you are at the disposal: our clearance, the meditationroom, as well as the play and sports fields approximately around the house.
• Specially to be computed: Massages, and beauty treatments, as well as beverages and other extras.
• The prices indicated above apply starting from 3 days stay, otherwise we compute an impact of 10 %.
• Bed and Breakfast reduction per day and person: 8,00 €.

• Cancellation : In case of cancellation the deposit will not be reimbursed.
• Reservation : A reservation receives validity, if the deposit was received for your part and was on our part in writing confirmed.
• Payments : The hotel bill can be settled also with credit cards (visa, Mastercard). We ask to control you the calculation with payment, we cannot consider complaints after your departure.
• Departure : On the journey day the rooms are obtainable starting from 15.00 p. m.. You should after 8.00 p. m. journeys, we ask to phone us. We ask to make the rooms free to 10,00 a. m. on the departure day.

Cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards.
